These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you (“you,” “your,” or “customer”) and Fionna Inc. (“Fionna,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) governing your use of the website fionna.co and related services (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, creating an account, or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

Eligibility and User Obligations

You authorize Fionna and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method for all purchases, including applicable taxes and shipping fees. Prices are shown in U.S. or Canadian dollars and may change without notice. We may correct errors, refuse service, or cancel orders if necessary. If an order is canceled after payment, a full refund will be issued. All purchases are subject to our Shipping and Return Policy, incorporated herein by reference.

Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss

Shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. Fionna is not responsible for carrier delays or external events beyond our control. Ownership and risk of loss pass to you when goods are delivered to the carrier. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, contact us at care@fionna.co.

Communications and Marketing Consent

When you make a purchase, create an account, or provide your contact information, you consent to receive transactional and promotional communications from Fionna by email and text message. Transactional communications include order confirmations, shipping updates, and account notices. Promotional communications may include new product announcements and special offers. You may opt out of promotional emails by clicking “unsubscribe” or contacting us at care@fionna.co, and opt out of text messages by replying “STOP.” Transactional messages will continue as necessary.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be brought exclusively before the courts of Ontario, Canada.

Termination
