The list goes on. Seriously, anything that goes wrong with your piece, it's covered.

Is there anything that's not included in your lifetime guarantee? +
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and normal wear and tear. It does not extend to damages caused by improper handling, accidents, or unauthorized modifications to the jewelry. Additionally, any repairs or alterations made by third parties may void the warranty.

What does the process look like for having a piece repaired? +
We want to make things as simple as possible for you! What happens in most cases for repairing a piece is:
1. You email our care team at care@fionna.co
2. They will send you a pre-paid shipping label to send the piece in to our workshop.
3. Our team will repair your item and send it back to you free of charge.
