Please bear in mind that once your order has been dispatched with the shipping carrier, cancellation is no longer possible. Repolishing: To maintain the captivating luster of your Fionna jewelry, we provide repolishing services as part of our warranty. Our skilled artisans will expertly restore the polish and finish, revitalizing the appearance of your beloved pieces.
Please note that our warranty covers manufacturing defects and normal wear and tear. It does not extend to damages caused by improper handling, accidents, or unauthorized modifications to the jewelry. Additionally, any repairs or alterations made by third parties may void the warranty.
