Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on its activity while it makes its way to you. You can also log into your Fionna account at any time and select “My Orders” to review your order status.
This date refers to when the product will ship from our facilities. Note, it does not refer to when the product will be delivered. When ordering more than one item, if the shipping dates are more than 1 week apart, your order may be split if shipping to the US or Canada. International orders are not split.
Note: based on the volume and capacity, some orders may be processed earlier than the date shown on our website.
The shipping and processing times depend on the items you're ordering. The status of each product (backordered, made to order or in stock) is indicated on each individual product page, as well as the estimated shipping date.
Backordered: we don’t have it on hand yet but it’s coming soon! You can still purchase it in this state, be sure to note the estimated shipping date.
Made to order: our jeweler needs to craft the piece for you once you order, it can take a bit more time to receive this type of product. Be sure to note the estimated shipping date on the product page so you can plan accordingly.
In stock: it’s in our facilities and ready for a new home! Shipping timelines are usually within 3 business days from today's date, but be sure to note the estimated shipping date on each individual product page. You'll see it above the "Add to Bag" button.
If you're ordering multiple pieces and the status and shipping date of each are different, the order may be split in two or it may ship on the latest date. Use this rule to determine your shipping date: if the difference between the dates is more than 8 business days, the order will be split in two. If the difference is less than 8 business days, it will be shipped together once all items are available (on the latest shipping date). Keep in mind that only orders shipping within Canada or the US are eligible for split shipments. Your estimated shipping dates will also be noted in your Mejuri profile and confirmation email once the order is placed!
We use DHL/FedEx for US and international orders as well as FedEx/Canada Post for those being delivered within Canada. The estimated shipping timelines are listed below and does not account for any unforeseen delays on the courier's end.Keep in mind depending on the postal code, express shipping option may not be available.

All shipments (excluding Canadian shipments via FedEx) require a signature upon delivery so we do not ship to PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses.
United States and Canada: duties are included in the shipping fee. Taxes are applied at check-out according to the state/province of the shipping address.
United Kingdom: All items shipping to the UK include VAT and duties. There are no additional fees on delivery
Australia: All items shipping to Australia include GST and duties. There are no additional fees on delivery.
Other international shipments: there may be duties and taxes incurred on your shipment that you will be responsible for. Please note that Mejuri does not have any control over these fees and we cannot advise as to what the costs will be, as they vary by country. Should you choose to refuse the delivery of your order to avoid duties and taxes or if you change your mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee charged to Fionna. Keep in mind that this amount is dependent on your country. If you want to make any adjustments to your address, please be sure to reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org before your order is dispatched.
Your credit card/PayPal account will be charged at the time of the order is placed. This will ensure that your order is placed in the queue to be fulfilled and shipped as soon as they are available!
Don’t worry, this doesn’t (always) mean that this piece will be gone forever. Our made to order pieces are produced in batches so this is to let you know that there are only a few left in this batch. We’ll show this whenever the quantity is less than 10. Once it runs out, you’ll still be able to purchase that item, it just means there will be a longer processing time until your order is shipped.
A limit of one (1) discount may be applied to each order. If a second discount code is applied, our system will automatically select the better deal and the other discount will not be applied. Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with free shipping discount codes, referral credit, referral codes or any other type of discount. Fionna has the right to hold and or cancel orders that use more than one discount code.

Australia, Canada, UK and US: your return is on us!
Europe: a $20 USD fee will be deducted from your refund
International: a $30 USD fee will be deducted from your refund
Please note your original shipping fee is not refundable and will be deducted from the refundable amount. Orders outside of Australia, Canada, UK, and US may have duties and taxes incurred. You are responsible for paying these fees and we’re unable to waive or refund them, even if the order is returned back to us.

Our 30-day return policy will be extended to a 60-day return window for orders placed beginning March 1st, 2020 until further notice. Please note we need to receive your returned piece back at our facility by the end of this 60-day window. We actually don’t offer exchanges for any pieces with the exception of our Engagement collection. This collection is eligible for exchange for a different size (not a different style) but for further details, please check out the engagement section of our FAQs.
Engraved and Monogrammed Products: All items that are engraved or monogrammed are not eligible for a return at any time and are final sale.
Other products: All returns must be unworn, have no signs of wear or damage, in its original condition with tags still attached (if any) and in all original packaging (box and pouch included). Please return your order back to us in the original packaging it came in (or smaller), no oversized or large boxes will be accepted as this increases shipping rates. Mejuri will not be responsible for increased fees due to large packaging and reserves the right to deduct additional shipping fees from the refunded amount when applicable.
Should the returned item not meet the above return guidelines, Fionna has the right to deny a return and have the item re-shipped to customers.
Log into your Fionna account (create one now if you didn’t create one at checkout) and select “My Returns”. You’ll be walked through the steps to select the item and generate the labels. If you're returning an Engagement ring or wedding band, email us at email@example.com and our Customer Happiness team will be happy to provide your return labels for you.
Once your order arrives back to us, it can take up to 8-13 business days for it to be processed. We’ll be in touch via email with an update on your refund, store credit or replacement!
This is likely because they are requesting a commercial invoice. However, our DHL commercial invoices are paperless. This goes for both US and international return shipments. Should you have any trouble with DHL accepting your return, feel free to mention this to them or reach out to us. We'll be happy to help!
Items purchased during a preorder period are not eligible for refund, store credit or exchange. We also cannot cancel orders that are placed during a preorder period at any time prior to shipping. Why? We operate on limited inventory and preorder periods are a “last chance” for those items. Once they sell out, they won’t be returning to our website so we’re not able to accept returns.
Product Care + Materials
A little love goes a long way! When not wearing your jewelry, be sure to store it in the pouch it came in. This helps prevent scratching and maintains colour for vermeil and silver pieces. Always remove your jewelry when applying scents, lotions and sprays - or even better, always put your jewelry on last before heading out the door.
A care guide is also included in each shipment, so you can keep it handy to refer to whenever you need a reminder.

Yes! We use only high quality, socially-responsible diamonds sourced from suppliers who follow ethical practices.
We currently only offer the font styles shown on the individual product pages for engravable items. We also can't accommodate more than 7 characters on our Engravable Bar pieces or 25 on Engagement Rings or Wedding Bands.
Yes! The chain used is durable and will not break easily, which means you can (and should) wear them every day. However, chain rings do not slip on as quickly or smoothly as regular rings, they need a little “push”. Try moving the chain ring over your knuckle and roll it down your finger, don't be scared to use a little force. If it becomes uncomfortable or too tight, you likely need a bigger size.

Your jewelry is under warranty for any manufacturing defects (in material or workmanship) for life! This does not cover lost items, scratches, damages caused by accident (bent ring, broken chain), abuse, neglect, improper use or storage of the product, unauthorized modification (resizing or any repair work done by a third party), or normal wear and tear.
We don't recommend having our products worked on by outside jewelers as this voids any potential for refund or replacement (should a defect develop due to their work). This includes resizing or any type of repair work.
Yes! We offer free repairs and resizing on all orders. If your Fionna piece is defective, please send your order number and a photo of the defective to email@example.com and our Customer Happiness Team will be happy to help resolve as soon as possible!
You can pay for your items in many ways! Your payment method is charged at the time the order is placed, including for those items that are backordered and/or made-to-order. This will ensure that your order is placed in the queue to be fulfilled and shipped as soon as they are available!
Please note that once the order has been placed, we are unable to change the method of payment and/or currency.
Credit card or Debit Visa Card
If you have a Fionna account, your default billing information will appear at checkout. Otherwise, you can manually enter the payment details at the time you place the order. Kindly note that depending on the restrictions on your card, the transaction may be declined by the bank. We do not accept prepaid credit cards, Visa/Mastercard gift cards, or Discover cards at this time.
Fionna reserves the right to detect and check the validity of the card used and may decline transactions depending on the result of these checks.
Simply click the PayPal option during checkout where you will be asked to log into your PayPal account. Once the order is completed, you will be redirected to the Fionna site.
For US customers, we offer a flexible online payment option that allows you to pay in 4 interest-free installments over the course of 6 weeks, for orders between $35 and $2500. Your 1st installment payment is taken out the moment your order is placed (you can review the payment schedule at checkout).

Please note Fionna cannot issue a refund to a method of payment that is different from the one used to place the order. Upon receiving your returned item at our warehouse, it will take up to 8-13 business days for the returns team to process and send you a return confirmation email.

From the day the return is processed by the returns team, depending on your bank, it will take around 5-10 business days for the fund to reappear on your end. Should you have cancelled your credit card or reissued a new one, the amount will be transferred by the bank.
Once a refund has been made back to your PayPal account, you will receive a notification from PayPal. It may take around 5-10 business days for you to see the fund on your bank account!
For refunds processed for Klarna purchase, it can take about 14 business days for the funds to appear on your end. Klarna will update the total balance and any remaining payments are automatically adjusted. Any payments already made will be refunded back to the original payment method.

FOREIGN TRANSACTION FEES
Fionna does not charge any additional fees other than the total amount owed for the order. Other fees would have been applied by your bank and are not under the control of Fionna. As we're based out of Canada, banks in other countries may consider us a "foreign company" and charge additional international fees on their own. We are not able to provide a refund for any foreign transaction fees.
